ORDERING
You can place your order using any of the following methods.

Online - A notification of your order will be sent by e-mail.

By email - E-Mail your order to sales@boo-bags.com. You will be contacted to confirm payment method.

By phone - Call 029 2075 7048 anytime between 10.00am and 5.30pm. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.

Payment - We accept VISA and MasterCard Credit Card, VISA DELTA, Switch/UK Maestro Debit Card, SOLO, AMEX & VISA Electron.

DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt, subject to stock availability.

Standard
UK delivery charge is normally £4.95 per order.
Items are sent by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery and should arrive within 2-3 working days.

Next day delivery
Next day UK delivery charge is £6.95 per order.
For this service orders must be received before 1pm.

Please note that a signature will be required on delivery.

If you have any special delivery instructions, would like your goods to be sent to a different address or need an item extra quickly then please let us know at checkout.

We endeavour to hold a good level of stock of all our products but on occasion sales may be higher than we anticipate. Should this cause any delay to your order we will notify you as soon as possible.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your products please return them to us within 14 days.

To receive a full refund or for exchange, items must be returned in the condition in which they were received and be in their original packaging. To assist with maintaining product quality please state the reason for return in your parcel. Postage will only be refunded for faulty goods.

Please could you advice us in advance of any products that are being returned so that we can then contact you if your goods do not arrive. Please email returns@boo-bags.com to inform us of returns.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us, and we therefore recommend that you obtain proof of postage when they are sent.
